Stephen W. Simpson (Ph.D. Clinical Psychology, M.A. Theology) is a clinical professor at Fuller Theological Seminary and a psychologist in private practice in Pasadena, California. For over ten years, he as worked with adults, adolescents and couples, specializing in sexual issues, relationships and anxiety. He also teaches at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is the former director of an adolescent/pediatric unit in a psychiatric hospital and was once a youth pastor. He writes and speaks regularly about relationships, sexuality and faith. His work has appeared in Relevant Magazine, Burnside Writers Collective, Runners World Magazine and he is a columnist for DivineCaroline.com. He and his wife Shelley live in Southern California with their two year-old . . . (wait for it) . . . quadruplets.
